CONSULTATION & DESIGN

Infinity Texas Development, Inc. has developed a number of projects around the north and northwest areas of Houston that include office, retail, light, industrial medical office facilities, and hospitality. Furthermore, as a project develops, ITD places great emphasis on the importance of consultation for our clients, as well as designs based specifically on construction experience. ITD focuses on coordinating regulatory reviews and approvals utilizing proven design approaches to deliver unique creative solutions as well as analyzing property sites which include revisions for topography, water, vegetation, solar, and prevailing winds. Further, ITD monitors the design process, in order to maintain efficiency and effectiveness of space allocations to ensure budget compliance, along with the maintenance of proactive cooperation with project operations in response to field conditions.

The design process begins with conceptual design in which the project’s layout and renditions are developed. This is followed by the construction drawing phase which encompasses MEP engineering, structural, and civil engineering, landscape design, permitting and jurisdictional processes, project bid out, groundbreaking, and ultimately, building. It is the belief of ITD that a building is an extension and the truest expression, of a developer or owner’s creative influences, and ultimate vision.
